A document of an ongoing effort to memorize the Ashtadhyayi. For my goal, see the first post. For some background, see this post.

Having finished with books 1, 2 and 3, I decided to skip books 4 and 5 and resume with book 6. I plan to proceed from here to the end of the text. Once there, I’ll return to books 4 and 5.

Thanks very much for this blog. I too am attempting to memorise it although am now having a bit of a pause having reached the end of chapter 4 and feeling a bit overwhelmed at the thought of over half to go. I look forward to reading more of your blog and if you feel like getting in touch to share more thoughts, my email is – it would be lovely to hear from you.

    Any progress since Nov 2013?

No, unfortunately. Other things in my life have become more important. But the Ashtadhyayi is still a beautiful thing.

May the necessary diversions be resolved, allowing you to resume sharing Ashtadhyayi with all.
